Light carpentry department



This department is based on a total area of 11,000sq.m. with about 6,000 of them covered.
It has been studied for smalls and medium manufacturers with a double rail air-system with 60 hooks, and with the following features:

• sandblasting robot system with 12 turbines
• 3 washing cycle
• room of application rust-inhibitor (primer)
• drying room
• room of application enamel
• drying room
• oven room

The maximum piece size can be:
Length 3,500
Large 1,000
High 1,000
Weight (to every hook) 350 kg.

The whole plant is able to manage at the same time both the painting area and the sandblasting area on behalf of a third party. We have wide covered warehouse where to stock the materials for a total surface of 3,600sq.m.
